Simple Summer Pomodoro Sauce:

Take a dozen or so of these luscious tomatoes, chop coarsely and saute in olive oil with a bit of garlic.  Salt and pepper generously.  Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a rapid oil.  Add salt, a pound of spaghetti and cook until almost al dente.  Toss them, along with a bit of the pot water, into the tomatoes.  Add a few leaves of basic and enjoy.
